Ultimate Zombie Killing Weapon? →
I have to respectfully disagree here as this will eventually run out of ammo and gas (presumably powering the chainsaw). Also, it can’t be light which adds to fatigue. FAIL!

ZombieCamp: The FAQ
Q: What's all this then?
A: ZombieCamp aims to be an academic discussion of the zombie menace and what we can do to prepare for an outbreak.
Q: Seriously?
A: Yeah, totally. Well, okay, kind of. Keeping it completely serious wouldn't really be much fun, would it?
Q: So you're hoping a bunch of people show up and talk about zombies for half a day?
A: That's the plan! We'll also (hopefully) be able to provide attendees with a little dinner and show a double feature.
Q: Okay. What's the catch?
A: Unlike other *Camp style unconferences, ZombieCamp is probably going to require you lay down a little scratch to be able to attend. We need to be able to cover our costs, after all.
Q: Way to sell out! Information wants to be free!
A: That wasn't really a question.
Q: Oh, alright. Sorry. *sigh* How much will this set me back?
A: Hopefully it won't cost more than $25 or so. To be honest, we're still sort of planning things out.
Q: Yeah, I understand. It's kind of a big undertaking, isn't it?
A: Kind of. Jason has co-organized four BarCamps in LA and is deeply involved in his local tech scene. This means that he pretty much has a battle plan and knows what needs to be done. Jay's a first time event organizer, but he's used to big undertakings. Both his Twitter distributed novella, The Good Captain and a re-imagining of the Spoon River Anthology (with an ARG twist) are fairly ambitious and well celebrated projects. To top it all off, Sean is the co-founder of Metroblogging — which is the largest network of city focused blogs in the world. It's a feat that even more impressive when you realize that he manages to run his empire while constantly bouncing around the globe. Basically, we're no strangers to making awesome stuff with very little help. Do we think we can kill this? Totally.
Q: Okay. Say, when will ZombieCamp be happening?
A: If everything goes right, we'll be doing this around the end of January. Murphy and his damned law have a weird way of rearing their heads tho — so don't hold us to that.
Q: It doesn't sound like you have much nailed down. Do you guys even know where you're doing this yet?
A: More or less. We're in talks with one venue near the Downtown LA area and are working on getting in touch with another. Even tho the one we're chatting with now has everything we'd need — and is a perfect stronghold for the zombie onslaught — the other has a nearby screening room. No matter how you slice it, we'll win no matter where we do this.
Q: Okay, you've sold me. I want to come. How do I know when you've set a date and are selling tickets?
A: Just add this blog's feed to your favorite RSS reader. Simple enough, right?
Q: And what if I want to help make this happen?
A: Just mail "brains [at] zombiecamp [dot] org" and let us know that you're down.
